A certificate of analysis, conforming to ISI's specifications, accompanies all lots shipped by ISI.
Products manufactured overseas under contractual agreements meet ISI's stringent quality standards. Our quality assurance personnel regularly visit and audit all ISI foreign manufacturing facilities to ensure that our Standard Operating Procedures are implemented. Products currently offered include two high intensity non-nutritive sweeteners: Züeit brand Sucralose and ACE-K Acesulfame-K. Other ingredients and additives are Polydextrose, a high purity ADA-Azodicarbonamide and TBHQ-Tertiary Butyl Hydroquinone.
Our Züeit(TM) brand Sucralose and ACE-K Acesulfame-K provide high intensity non–nutritive sweetening potential to recipes and formulations.
Polydextrose is a complex carbohydrate mainly utilized in formulations for bulking, now popularly used as a soluble fiber. This bulking agent is typically used in formulations utilizing high intensity sweeteners such as Sucralose.
TBHQ - Tertiary Butyl Hydroquinone is an antioxidant used to maintain freshness and quality in applications such as edible oils, fats and biodiesel.
Our ADA–Azodicarbonamide, a flour maturing agent-oxidizer, is used as a flour improver and treatment agent. It is also used in other industrial applications.
