Forbetter Silicone Rubber Products CO., Ltd. was established in August 2002 and passed ISO9001:2000 ISO quality management standard system. We are target in designing, developing, producing and marketing of rubber and plastic products. We developed and designed according to customer’s artwork or samples that were accorded with international environments and safety standard all along for many years. Our main products: exactitude keypad (P+R, thin metal, silicone rubber and PC keypad for mobile phone or MP3), silicone rubber, rubber (silicone wristbands, silicone kitchen ware, proof parts, insulating parts, protection cover, mat and etc.).
Our factory’s building area is about 14,000 square meters and own more than 500 employees and establish one mould plant, one mixing plant, and one molding plant, one spraying plant that reaches one hundred thousand motes cleanses level, one laser plant, one exactitude engraver plant and one assembly plant. Also we own full production equipment, such as 25 fully automatic molding machines up 200-T, 4 CNC machines imported, 6 NC electrical discharge machines, 4 graphite NC milling machines, 4 cutting machines, 4 blending machines, 2 exactitude engraver machines, 3 laser machines, 1 sets two position automatic spraying machine,, 4 water cleanse spraying machines, 4infrared drying machines, 1 UV line, full sets automatic silk printing pipelining, moving printing pipelining, P+R assembly pipelining and full sets testing and measuring machines.
Our factory adopts the high capability rubber, silicone rubber, plastic and hardware material that are internal or imported from Japan, German, American, Taiwan and according to RoHS standard. Products apply for communication products, electric, gifts and premiums, artworks and ornaments, stationeries and toys, woman and children products, auto, lighting, medical treatment and etc.
